Chapter 4 explores the impact of communicating an environmental break-even point (e-BEP) on consumers’ perception and their intention to reuse, using a mixed-method approach.

Chapter 4 consists of a quantitative experimental study with 276 participants, complemented by open-ended qualitative questions. The online survey was created in Qualtrics and distributed via Prolific.
